a Christ-centered,
gospel based ministry

 Our Heart
is
to visit widowed, elderly & sick individuals in their distress.

(James 1:27 & Matthew 25:35-40)

Life-on-Life Discipleship

We are a Christ-centered non-profit in home care ministry that cares for the widowed, elderly and sick people in our community. .

Our Mission

The mission of Abiding Hearts Home Care is to serve people in very practical ways that will display Gods love for them.

Our Goal
The goal of Abiding Hearts Home Care is to engage the people we serve with the Body of Christ, connect them to available community resources, provide on-going Christ centered fellowship, and meet as many of their home and health care needs as we can. This sort of involvement is time intensive and it gives us an ideal opportunity to engage in life-on-life discipleship.

Our Values

*Desperate dependency upon prayer
*Unhindered devotion to the glory of God through Jesus Christ
*Humble and thankful hearts
*Compassionate and gentle, yet bold and truthful gospel proclamation
*Deep desire for and devotion to disciple making
*Serving with honesty and integrity
*Displaying the love and hope of Jesus in word and in deed
*Committed learning, teaching and sharing of God's Word so that we may KNOW Him and make Him KNOWN to others

"I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me in, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you came to visit me, I was in prison and you came to me.....Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did it to Me."
Matthew 25: 35-40
