Care Team: A small group that wants to work together to care for one of our widows. This is a great way to serve together and live life with a widow as you help us look after her/his needs.

7 Practical Care Team Acts of Love:
- First Priority-spend time in God’s word, in prayer and in worship (kinda like small group time or house church time)
- Lawn maintenance, light housekeeping, home repairs, water flowers
- Play a game, do a craft
- Prepare a meal or several meals for your widow and sometimes share a meal or snack with them
- Help your widow with the monthly Bible topic (we can provide an outline for you to follow)
- Run an errand for your widow, take her flowers or a little treat
- Each widow’s care and oversight cost about $300/month. Each family in your small group could contribute towards your widows ongoing care, or you could raise money as a small group to support the care your widow needs. All donations are tax deductible and all funds go directly to meeting the needs of your widow.
